It’s grant writing season! and i, again, am stuck. So…stream of consciousness unfold:

This research proposes to explore how coordination efforts within the WHO Health Cluster is or is not effectively coordinating both current (immediate) health service delivery and working to coordinate future health care delivery, in coordination with the Haitian public health system and with the interst of the Haitian people at the fore. More pointedly, this research proposes to understand the needs and desires of the Haitian people in regard to health against the mandates and function of those delivering health care.

Okay. But i am also supposed to do something about the discourses that inform the way that health care is being enacted…
